“Maureen Haworth, Kim Custer enjoying dinner”
There are two things that Lisabet Summa can’t wait to spring on West Palm Beachers when she opens a second location of her namesake eatery Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria in January.
Built alongside (and in a partnership with) the snazzy hip hotel The Ben, the new Elisabetta’s will overlook the Intracoastal Waterway with a multi-tiered patio that comes with a bocce ball court, a 25-foot tall fireplace, an indoor/outdoor bar, a gelato cart, an outside pizza oven and two gazebos.
The dishes coming out of Elisabetta’s kitchen will be made from scratch including all pasta, breads, sauces, baked goods and gelatos. Elisabetta’s also dry ages steaks in house and cures its own meats. The bar will offer 70 wines by the glass, 400 bottles on the wine list and specialize in classic Italian cocktails, from Negronis to Aperol spritzes
