Meet our Team: (from left to right) James Serra the Bar Manager, Mike Stone the General Manager, JD Eubanks the Executive Chef. Each one of these guys brings such a unique perspective and experience to the table. James has an extensive background in mixology and bar programs, traveling all over the country creating rad drinks. Mike has run restaurants for years, making him a know-it-all when it comes to FOH. And JD, with Louisiana roots, brings passion and exquisite knowledge to MOOD, creating his first full vegan menu. We are lucky to have them as part of our team!
